Policies Effective 11/8/2021

  • Upon purchasing a service and/or submitting a request via the contact form, please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. 

  • All bookings must be secured with at least a deposit (50% of total charges) before services will begin. No exceptions. 

  • Bookings may be paid in full prior to the start of services, if preferred. 

  • Website booking services and/or designing process will not begin until content is received IN ITS ENTIRETY.

 

  • There will be a 4-6 week turnaround on all web design orders FROM RECEIPT OF CONTENT IN FULL, NOT TIME OF PURCHASE. 

  • Rush orders will be honored for an additional $150 fee. 

  • For all websites requiring content to be provided by designer, there will be an additional $100 fee. 

  • All websites will be designed using only Wix and/or Shopify platforms. Your desired platform will need to be selected at the time of service purchase. 

  • All hosting/domain costs must be purchased by client prior to the official site launch. Designs will be completed via our own login (if using wix) and site ownership will be transferred to the client upon design completion and launch. 

  • Websites are required to be completed within 45 days of purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be a 48-72 hour turnaround on all voiceover orders. Rush orders will be honored for an additional $75 fee. 

  • Operating (designing/recording) hours are from 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday. This does not include weekends and/or holidays. 

  • All purchases are final. There will be NO REFUNDS unless extenuating circumstances arise. *insert dispute clause* 

  • For retainer clients, must book via a quarterly package and a 50% deposit for two months is required to secure services 

  • For retainer clients, payments are due on the 28th day of each month and a late fee of 1.5% will be applied starting on the 3rd day of the following month (with an exception in February. Late fee will be applied on the 5th day of the following month)
